All terms and prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in exchange rates.
Payment to be made by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. Wholesalers can also pay by Direct Bank Credit.
Shipping & Delivery
Freight is not included in the cost of goods. Peritus Australia, for Wholesale / Trade Orders will arrange Freight and Insurance on each order, the rate subject to our various carriers current rate. P.S. The freight cost is subject to the physical weight or cubic weight whichever is greater. Freight will be invoiced separately; upon receipt of which in our Bank account the goods will be dispatched.
Wholesale Customers can choose to use their own carriers for Freight & Insurance. If the customer is organising the freight, no responsibility will be taken if goods are damaged in freight. Minimal handling fee will be charged.
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-8 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Time quoted is subject to possible changes in shipping schedules, strikes, carrier delays, etc.
We use Australia post and few other courier companies for delivery unless otherwise specified by our customer.
Stock will be held for a maximum of 14 days from ordering.
Returns & Replacements Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Return policy on faulty goods
In the case of a faulty item it shall be replaced with an identical item for you as quickly as possible.
In the case where the item is not as described on our site we shall refund your money in full on receipt of the returned item.
The returned product must be in its original packaging – in new condition & unused.

Breakage on arrival
At Peritus Australia, we have a good record for the safe arrival of fragile goods. However if on arrival your goods are broken, chipped, cracked etc. please contact us within 48 hours of your order being received and we will organize a replacement.
Changes to Orders
Any change / cancellation must be made in writing directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
